How do we leave an impact upon this ‘big’ world?

Whenever things do not go your way & when you are into a dilemma of what to do? When situations seem hopeless and do not result as per your desire, do not be afraid of such situations.

Do not feel fear or confusion. It is the time to get clarity in your mind and heart. Because your mind although can be a master of your body, but your heart is a master of your feelings. Your heart lets you feel happy, sad, good, bad, fear and comfort etc.

What matters most is how do you ‘feel’, not only how do you ‘think’. Of Course your thinking has to be positive so that things fall into your track, but this ‘thinking’ depends upon your ‘desire’, which is a ‘feeling’. Believe me or not although feelings are intangible, yet play an important role in our lives.

No one in this world can let us ‘feel’ down until unless we ourselves really ‘feel’ so and ‘think’ to give up. It comes from your ‘inside’, from the bottom of your heart and inner soul; and affects your subconscious mind. Although your conscious mind may not be aware of something, yet your subconscious  self can ‘feel’ a danger and start producing different kinds of ‘feelings’ and ‘thoughts’.

It means that your subconscious mind along with your heart can ‘feel’ something much before than your five senses can; or your 5 senses may fail to do so. Some people call it as ‘sixth sense’, which again is a ‘feeling’. Incredibly, how these feelings impact us and our surroundings.

Human being is blessed to do something in his life what other species can never do. Our only purpose is not to eat, sleep, laugh, share, reproduce, face sufferings, get older and die; but to bring our imagination alive into this world. We are blessed with speech and thinking and can do wonders that no other species can ever do. But our actions are based on our ‘thoughts’ and ‘feelings’. ‘Feelings’ trigger something in our body, which produces different kinds of ‘thoughts’ and we act as per these ‘thoughts’. So, somehow, ‘thoughts’ take birth from ‘feelings’.

If this is true, then how these ‘feelings’ can result in new constructive/ imaginative world as well as disasters. Human being, apart from having power of thinking, can get in currents of ‘feelings’ and start behaving depending upon his own ‘feelings’.

As mentioned above, ‘feelings’ take birth in your inner soul or subconscious; it is very necessary to have purity in your heart and soul, in order to have peace inside, to produce positive and creative ‘feelings’, resulting into positive imagination.

Today’s world is full of stress. Everywhere, people are in rush of their day to day routines, which seem to be an endless cycle. So, how can we get this purity in our heart and soul? The answer is it comes from mediation and our prayers. When we ‘meditate’, we get in touch with the universe and our lives start to get in accordance with it. This helps to ‘purify’ our ‘heart’ and ‘soul’; which in effect produces ‘calmness’ and due to this ‘calmness’, one can ‘feel’ immense pleasure or happiness.

Remember that as per meta-physics, our body is made of same atom as this universe, so there is a deep link between ourselves and whatever happens in this universe. The way the Sun and the Moon can affect our lives, the same way we can affect this universe too. It means if I start to ‘feel’ and ‘think’ positive, it can create a positive aura around me, which will help me to leave a positive impact on my surroundings and it will bring positive effects and happiness to me.

Now, based on one’s beliefs, everyone ‘mediates’, but the purpose and end result has to be full of pleasure and extreme happiness for oneself and this in result will fill our ‘subconscious ’ with positiveness. This positiveness will flow from our ‘subconscious ’ to ‘conscious’ mind and then to our surroundings and people surrounded by us. This will start to leave an impact on others in a way that other people can ‘feel’ something ‘positive’ too.

Thus, there will be an infinite loop of ‘feelings’ of ‘positiveness’ and ‘happiness’. As currents of water do not stay at one place and keep visiting different mountains, rivers or forests and wherever these currents move, leaves their impact, so did the effect produced by our ‘meditation’. Unbelievable, but how our small world of ‘feelings’ can affect this ‘big’ world. So keep ‘meditating’ and producing good, positive and constructive results to this world, because the world needs more of it.

Thank you.
